About Me
Hi, my name is Stephanie Moss, and I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Registered Nurse. My passions are cooking, gardening, mountain biking/snowboarding and feeding friends and family. I am also on a serious quest to live holistically and share my passion of food and health with others. I live in British Columbia’s interior in a smallish town called Nelson. I love my life here and feel truly blessed to call Nelson my home. I have been inspired by its many health-conscious foodies, its passionate people dedicated to sustainable food production, its adventurous athletes, its over 70-plus-year-old downhill ski racers, and its incredible sense of community and environmental activism. Living here has helped me define what it means to be vital, healthy, and live a truly holistic life.
